AV Connectivity
AV installations require wall-mounted interconnection plates to allow equipment to be interfaced together as required. Quality built and designed, our wide range of faceplates are ideal for use in most applications. West Comms currently source high quality AV face plates, cables, adaptors, whiteboard cables and extenders from the Clever Little Box ranges.

Signal Distribution
Analogue Signal distribution using VGA is still a dominant force in the AV sector. Centred on the 15 way High Density ‘D’ type connector, we can distribute and connect VGA signal in a variety of configurations. West Comms use high quality VGA splitters, switches, extenders and accessories manufactured by DataBay. 

HDMI (High Definition Multimedia Interface) was introduced in 2004 and is a major step forward in AV signal transmission as it not only offers superior digital video, but also incorporates the audio signal too. Using HDMI enables cost effective and readily available Cat5e/6 cables. West Comms can custom install an enhanced quality system using DataBay HDMI extenders, expanders, receivers and switches.

Co-Axial BNC (Bayonet Neill-Concelman) signal distribution is the ideal solution for retail and visual installations, or any application requiring the duplication and distribution of high quality video signals. Using only high quality products from ‘Clever Little Box’, West Comms can custom install to your data rack amplifier(s) and switches.
