Transfers take place with no physical requirement for interaction with your lines or premises – the process is seamless and invisible. You retain your numbers and all the features on the lines that you always had. These can include Call Waiting, Call Divert, and Ring Back etc. This ‘like for like’ transfer should address any concerns you may have about losing service, or services.

Should you require additional lines or a completely new installation, West Comms (Shimmer) can provide these, often free of charge to the customer.* Through Shimmer’s highly efficient Back Office, we can manage the whole process, liaising with you to ensure the project runs smoothly and to time.

All voice lines come with a Shimmer Telecom voice tariff, giving you impressive savings on your calls over BT tarrifs. Using Shimmer’s competitive ratecards we can provide you with the complete Calls and Lines package to maximise savings.

In addition to outbound calls, West Comms (Shimmer) also offer a wide range of Non Geographic numbers and calling plans for inbound calling, including 0800, 0808, 0844, 0845, 0870 and 0871.
